Is E-ZONE4ALL under any kind of supervision?
Like any other company which provides financial services, we are under stringent supervision. The supervision is in the hands of the Dutch Antilles Government Authorities and of the Central Bank of the Dutch Antilles.
Are there references available in case I want to verify if E-ZONE4ALL is a safe company to do business with?

How long before an E-Zone company has been set up?
It takes approximately 5 working days and than you have your fully operational E-Zone company.
Why didn’t I hear of the existence of an E-Zone company before?
In the press there is quite little publicity over the E-Zone. Furthermore as yet a small number of counsellors/accountants have the appropriate knowledge about the E-Zone. The legislation concerning the E-Zone company exists since 2001 though!
Can my E-Zone company have an account in the Netherlands or Belgium?

Non, what so ever! At E-ZONE4ALL you pay a yearly fee and that’s that! Not included in this fee is of course the regular business expenses one makes when having an own company/enterprise. That’s up to you.

Can I sell off my E-zone company/enterprise and can I do it easily?
Yes, you can sell your E-zone company and it can be done swiftly. All it takes is one signature (yours!) and without intervention of a notary and even without having to pay sale related taxes.
How modern are the banks and the banking system of the island of Curaçao?
Curaçao has a modern, state of the art, banking system that’s mirrors the banking system of the north western Europe. The banks are fully modernised and they all offer fully secure banking by internet. Moreover, electronic banking via internet is quite common in the Dutch Antilles.
Can my E-Zone company be a shareholder in my company which has been set up according to Dutch law and vice versa?
