Fiscal position of the SPF
The SPF is not subjected to the Dutch Antilles profit tax. Payments to third parties made by a SPF are also exempted from certain types of Dutch Antilles taxes, as are the inlays in a SPF as long as the inlayer is no citizen of he Dutch Antilles. So de facto the SPF is almost completely exempted from all Dutch Antilles taxes.
However one should take in account that one may well be subjected to some taxes in one’s country of origin.
