SPF compared to a regular Foundation
There’s one essential difference between the SPF and the regular Dutch foundation. Where as the regular foundation can solely be used to further its statutory idealistic or social goal and prohibits payments to founders or stakeholders, the SPF is almost always used to further one’s personal goals and doesn’t exclude payments to the founders and stakeholders.
Furthermore the SPF can be used within the E-zone legal framework. The regular foundation cannot be used in such a way.
